Rachel Martin
Rachel Martin was adopted as a toddler. She first met her mom on a rainy September morning, under the famous Golden Arches we all recognize. Her childhood was shaped by love, but also by questions of identity, belonging, and what it means to look different in your own family and community.
Arches and Hearts is inspired by Rachel's true story. Written for children and families, it's both a celebration of adoption and a message for anyone who has ever felt like they didn't fit in: you are enough, just as you are.
When Rachel isn't writing or drawing, she's a photographer, adventurer, model and creative spirit who loves finding inspiration in unexpected places.
